Food & Wine published a list of 40 Big Food Thinkers Under 40, filled with wonderful people doing fabulous things in the sustainable and “good food” movements.
Because many people – including Julia Child – hit their stride in making a real difference in the food world or start a food business after 40 (um, including me), I’ve put together a public opinion poll on influential people in food over 40 years old.

- Add more people to the list — as I know it is definitely not comprehensive — based anywhere in the world, not just U.S.
